All of our coaches maintain credentials from the National Career Development Association and/or the International Coach Federation, the two leading organizations in the field of career coaching. About the Founder
Jeff Chapski is the founder of Career Ready Coaching and is a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).
Jeff is the author of “Career-ology: The Art and Science of a Successful Career,” a guide for college students and recent graduates that helps them identify, acquire and practice the key career skills they need to successfully launch their careers. He has developed workshops for and lectured at Georgetown University, American University, UMass-Amherst, Spelman College, Morehouse College, General Assembly, and the Bank of New York.
In his twenty-five-year career, Jeff has worked for Fortune 100 companies and start-ups across multiple industries. He has coached and mentored hundreds of college students and recent graduates as they launched their own careers.
